All recipes are complete-in-three, meaning they are professionally crafted recipes each containing protein, carbohydrates/fibre, and fat, or they are part of a meal containing all three. Designed with photos, nutritional breakdown, and detailed instructions, plus a comprehensive 4-week hormone balancing sample meal plan every month, it takes the guess work out of planning​.

And each month will bring new resources based around specific areas of nutritional interest, complete with mindset & habit changing, hints & tips, challenges and more so that you can keep yourself accountable - or do it with friends or family! It is so good to have you here
